Debt Law Center was founded by Raul Villasuso, an attorney with nearly 20 years of experience practicing law. Mr. Villasuso provides clients with a full range of debt relief and bankruptcy law services.

Raul Villasuso is a licensed attorney whose practice encompasses the areas of bankruptcy and debt law, as well as immigration and naturalization law. His proficiency in these areas of law has resulted in requests to serve clients throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Villasuso has been a frequent speaker at professional and community seminars pertaining to immigration matters, most notably for the Illinois State Bar Association. His depth of knowledge in his areas of concentration has positioned him as a trusted source for both television and radio newscasts, including frequent appearances on Spanish Broadcasting Systems Radio Network, Telemundo Spanish Television Network, and on British Broadcasting Company, (BBC Worldwide).

Mr. Villasuso has strong ties to Florida and is fluent in Spanish. With the current state of the economy and the rising number of people facing foreclosures and other debt problems, he has begun providing bankruptcy and debt law services to Florida residents.

Mr. Villasuso is dedicated to facilitating the immigration of skill, talent and culture to the United States, and he is committed to supporting pro bono work. One of the most memorable pro bono endeavors was his trip to a Cuban refugee camp in the Dominican Republic to assist qualified applicants seeking political asylum.

Mr. Villasuso is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, and he is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Courts of the State of Illinois and the State of Florida.
